RJM collects the contact and job details entered in service requests, inquiries and partner applications. Partner accounts also store a securely hashed password.
How it is used
The admin team uses this information to respond to you, review applications and coordinate service requests. Approved partners assigned to an active job can see the contact and address details needed to perform that job.
Service requests and pricing
A submitted request is not a confirmed appointment. Availability, scope, labour, materials, timing and any applicable service terms are discussed before work begins. No payment is taken by these website forms.
Account and tracking access
Keep your password and private tracking link safe. The website uses essential session cookies for sign-in, form protection and request handling. The installed web app may keep public assets for loading; it does not save form submissions for offline delivery.
Your information
For corrections, a request to remove your information, or questions about its use, contact info@rjmservice.com. Retention and removal requests are reviewed by the business, including any records needed to resolve an active service issue.
External services
Call, email and WhatsApp links open the relevant provider or application. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use them.
