Discuss the cleaning process, the time required and how your household water supply will be managed during the work.
Ask what preparation is needed before the visit and when the tank can be used again. Do not enter a confined tank yourself.
A cleaning service is not a laboratory water-quality test. Discuss any separate testing needs with an appropriate provider.
